These values are part of a healthy workplace culture. FSEAP is not different in this respect. We are unique. FSEAP is the only national community-based EAP. We are the only provider whose entire proceeds support crucial services for children, youth, adults and families at risk in local communities across Canada.
Making a difference.Family Service agencies, located across Canada, are an integral part of their communities. Their vision of healthy, vibrant and thriving communities results in diverse programming from general counselling services and family-life education, to family violence programs, specialized services for new immigrants and ethno-cultural groups, advocacy and community development. All Family Service agencies are guided by principles of fairness, inclusion, learning and collaboration. Family Service staff also represent diverse cultural backgrounds and expertise, a reflection of their communities. Most community programs offered outside EAP are either free or provided on an ability to pay basis.
By investing in FSEAP, companies are helping to strengthen the socio-economic conditions of the communities where their employees work and live. Employees can take pride in the fact that their company supports their EAP in directing resources to their local communities.

With support from our customers, FSEAP donates 100% of our profits each year to support Family Services programs in the community.
