*24/7 EFAP Service Access/Crisis Line: If you are in crisis or urgently need to speak with a counsellor, OR if you are calling to report a critical incident, call us anytime toll-free, and just press -0- to be connected immediately with a professional counsellor. If you are calling to access routine (non crisis) EFAP services, please call Monday - Friday, 9 to 5, and one of our counsellors will be happy to assist you. If our counsellors are on the line assisting other callers, you will receive the automated greeting. If you choose to leave a message, your call will be returned within one business day. If you prefer not to leave a message, please just press -0- to be immediately connected with a FSEAP client services representative.
