24/Hour Crisis Line: If you are in crisis or urgently need to speak with a counsellor, OR if you are calling to report a critical incident, call us anytime toll-free, 24/7 @ 1.800.667.0993 and follow the prompts (or for TTY, 1.888.234.0414) to be immediately connected with a fseap counsellor.

If you want information about services, or if you wish set up access for counselling or other EAP services, please call us toll-free @ 1.800.667.0993, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM and one of our EAP Intake Call Centre counsellors will be happy to assist you. Most calls are answered immediately, however, if our counsellors are on the line assisting other callers, you will receive the automated intake greeting. If you choose to leave a message, your call will be returned within one business day. If you prefer not to leave a message, please just press -0- to be immediately connected with a fseap staff member.
