International Intake

If you are currently travelling or residing outside Canada or the continental U.S., you may arrange counselling by submitting the Request for Counselling below. When you submit this request, one of our intake personnel will reply to your email within one business day.

• Appointments for in-person or telephone counselling may be arranged with a counsellor who is part of our international network of professional clinical affiliates. fseap offers counselling in 25 countries around the world.
• Counselling may also be set up online, providing you with access to one of our qualified counsellors via text-based consultations in "real time." A complete assessment of your concerns will occur at the time of your first appointment with the counsellor.

Please note that in order to use our services, you and/or your family members must be eligible for coverage through your employer. Generally, EAP services are offered as part of an employee benefit package and are available to you at no cost.
