FSEAP’s Extended Care is a clinical solution that helps employers reduce the cost of employee absences due to mental health or performance-related concerns, while providing employees with the treatment they need to renew their well-being and ability to stay at work or reintegrate into the workplace.
Extended Care is a longer term (10 – 20 sessions) counselling solution that can be added to any organizational EFAP or wellness program. Key Benefits- Support for Employers and Employees Extended Care is designed to maintain and reinforce an employee’s connection with the workplace, with the goal of supporting them to stay at work or return to work as soon as possible. FSEAP’s Extended Care program provides evidence based assessments, treatment modalities, and the number of sessions that are recommended for effective treatment of the above psychological and behavioural issues. FSEAP’s Extended Care program is voluntary for employees and includes interventions and support services for both employees and employers or union leaders.
